{"id":111,"date":"2021-01-28T15:56:08","date_gmt":"2021-01-28T18:56:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/receitasdachef.online\/?p=111"},"modified":"2021-01-28T15:56:08","modified_gmt":"2021-01-28T18:56:08","slug":"empadao-de-frango","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cheffinhos.online\/?p=111","title":{"rendered":"EMPAD\u00c3O DE FRANGO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Massa:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 g de farinha de trigo sem fermento<\/li><li>1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de fermento qu\u00edmico<\/li><li>200 g de manteiga gelada<\/li><li>1 ovo inteiro<\/li><li>sal a gosto<\/li><li>6 colheres (sopa) de leite<\/li><li>1 gema de ovo para pincelar sobre a massa<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recheio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1kg de peito de frango<\/li><li>Pimenta-do-reino \u00e0 gosto<\/li><li>1\/2 cubo de caldo de frango (opcional)<\/li><li>1 colher (de sopa) de colorau (opcional)<\/li><li>3 colheres (de sopa) de molho de tomate<\/li><li>1\/2 cebola picada<\/li><li>2 colheres (de sopa) de margarina OU manteiga<\/li><li>1 pote de requeij\u00e3o cremoso (200g)<\/li><li>1 pacote de queijo parmes\u00e3o Faixa Azul OU queijo parmes\u00e3o ralado na hora (50g) (esse queijo tem o sabor suave e bem pr\u00f3ximo ao parmes\u00e3o natural, n\u00e3o use de outro tipo pois os outros tem o cheiro e sabor muito artificiais e fortes, se for usar de outra marca use apenas metade)<\/li><li>Cebolinha OU Salsinha \u00e0 gosto<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modo de preparo:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recheio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Corte o frango em cubos m\u00e9dios.<\/li><li>Tempere o frango com pimenta-do-reino, caldo de frango e colorau.<\/li><li>Coloque a cebola e a manteiga em uma panela de press\u00e3o, leve ao fogo e refogue a cebola at\u00e9 dourar.<\/li><li>Adicione o molho de tomate e frango, deixe dourar por fora.<\/li><li>Depois que o frango dourar por fora adicione \u00e1gua at\u00e9 cobrir o frango.<\/li><li>Tampe a panela, e quando pegar press\u00e3o deixe cozinhar por 25-30 minutos.<\/li><li>Retire a press\u00e3o e abra a panela. Se tiver muito caldo derrame (voc\u00ea pode reservar o caldo para cozinhar arroz ou fazer outra prepara\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/li><li>Com o frango sequinho ou com bem pouco molho, tampe a panela de press\u00e3o, retire a press\u00e3o, segure firme no cabo grande e no cabo pequeno e chacoalhe a panela para cima e para baixo, com for\u00e7a por 30 segundos.<\/li><li>Destampe e o frango estar\u00e1 super desfiadinho.<\/li><li>Adicione o requeij\u00e3o, o queijo parmes\u00e3o e a cebolinha\/salsinha, misture e reserve.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Massa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Em uma tigela, misture a farinha de trigo e a manteiga at\u00e9 obter uma farofa<\/li><li>Adicone o fermento, o sal e o ovo, misture, depois adicione o leite<\/li><li>Amasse bem at\u00e9 obter uma massa lisa<\/li><li>Embrulhe em papel filme e leve \u00e0 geladeira por aproximadamente 30 minutos<\/li><li>Forre uma forma com uma camada fina de massa, coloque o recheio e cubra com o restante da massa.<\/li><li>Pincele o empad\u00e3o com a gema e leve ao forno \u00e0 200 \u00b0C, pr\u00e9-aquecido, por aproximadamente 40 minutos ou at\u00e9 dourar bem.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredientes: Massa: 400 g de farinha de trigo sem fermento 1\/2 colher de ch\u00e1 de fermento qu\u00edmico 200 g de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":112,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-111","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-receitas-salgadas"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.9 -
